Suede is a general term for leather whose surface is ground into a fine velvety shape.

Suede refers to the leather with a suede-like surface, which is made of suede on the front of the leather and is called suede; the reverse side of the leather is made of suede.

The two-layer suede made of two-layer leather is called two-layer suede. Since suede has no coating layer, its air permeability is better and its softness is improved, but its water resistance, dust resistance and maintenance properties are deteriorated, and the fastness of nubuck leather without grain surface is lower.

Suede leather products are comfortable to wear and have good hygienic properties, but except for suede leather made by oil tanning, suede leather is easy to get dirty and difficult to clean and maintain.
